Returning customers who schedule preventive maintenance or have a list of small household repairs will receive discounted hourly rates, depending on the difficulty and duration of the tasks on their to-do list.

$30-$90 per Hour

Expert Troubleshooting & Advanced Diagnostics

More complex equipment or appliances that require advanced diagnostics or expert troubleshooting will incur an additional service fee, which covers the first 1-2 hours.

$150 Service Fee

Sealed System Service 

A Sealed System Service Call involves a thorough inspection and diagnosis of the sealed system components in refrigeration appliances. This includes the compressor, condenser, evaporator, filter drier, valves, copper and aluminum tubing, and refrigerant.
